On the spectrogram
- Predicted pass, heard by the search
- Predicted, off frequency or partial
- Predicted, not heard
- detect's track, named where it fits an object on its listing
- A steady carrier: a track that does not move
- A signal marked by hand
- Selected
- An FSK signal's two tones, either side of its centre
- A track's Doppler curve, fitted

Marking a signal
- M
- start: click along a signal no curve or track is on
- Tab

- ⌫
- take the last point back

- fit the curves a satellite could make through the points
- ↑↓
- choose one: a catalogued object, or an orbit
- 1 2
- a satellite's signal · unsure
Mark a signal in the panel, tap points along it (a drag pans), then Fit and choose a curve.
Labelling
With label on.
- Click
- select a curve, a track or a mark
- Drag it
- move the selected prediction onto its signal
- + Shift / Alt
- frequency only / time only
- ←→↑↓
- a second or a channel; with Shift, ten
- 1–4
- the verdict
- 0
- the prediction back where it was
- []
- FSK: its two tones narrower, wider; with Shift, ten channels
- F
- a track: fit the Doppler curves a satellite could make through it
- Esc
- let go
Tap a curve or a track to select it, and drag the selected curve onto its signal. The panel's buttons do what the keys do: nudge, the tones' width, the verdicts.
